This market resolves based on whether the official certified winner of the 2026 US Senate election in Texas is determined. Write-in candidates not belonging to either major party are excluded from winning unless they caucus with or officially represent one of the named parties. If the primary source is unavailable, incomplete, or inconsistent, resolution falls back to Associated Press (https://apnews.com). The primary source governs over secondary sources. If the election is cancelled or neither party's candidate appears on the final certified ballot, the market voids and all positions resolve equally.
