If the primary source is unavailable, incomplete, or inconsistent, resolution falls back to BBC (https://bbc.com) or Sky Sports (https://skysports.com). The primary source governs. If The official Premier League proceedings are permanently cancelled or terminated without a ruling or The governing body officially retracts the announcement made prior to the cutoff, the market voids and all positions resolve equally.
