The market concerns the formal office of President, not whether Putin retains political influence, exercises effective control over the Russian government, or holds another government or political position. Resolves to Yes if Vladimir Putin ceases to legally hold the office of President of the Russian Federation at any point on or before June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM UTC. This includes, but is not limited to resignation, removal from office, death while in office, formal termination of his presidential mandate, or another person formally assuming the office of President following the end of Putin's presidency.
