This market resolves based on whether the Fully Diluted Valuation of the Predict.fun governance token is above $1,000,000,000 at 20:00 UTC on the calendar day following its public launch. Private token sales or unlisted allocations prior to public transferability do not count towards the launch valuation. Primary source: Binance (https://binance.com). If the primary source is unavailable, incomplete, or inconsistent, resolution falls back to CoinGecko (https://coingecko.com). The primary source governs. If the named token launch is permanently cancelled before public trading commences or data feeds from all designated primary and secondary sources are completely unavailable at the cutoff timestamp, the market voids and all positions resolve equally. If there is no listing by 31/12/2027, 23:59 UTC, the market resolves to NO.
