Papertrade token transferable by?

This market will resolve based on whether Papertrade officially enables unrestricted transfers of its native token $PAPER after market creation and by 23:59 UTC on the relevant deadline. The market resolves to Yes on a given outcome only if there is an official announcement from @papertradexyz or the project’s official documentation confirming that unrestricted transfers have been enabled, together with on-chain evidence that ordinary wallets can successfully transfer the token; otherwise it resolves to No. The market resolves to No on all outcomes if $PAPER does not become freely transferable by 23:59 UTC on December 31, 2027, or if, prior to that date, Papertrade issues an official announcement of project shutdown, permanent discontinuation of the token, or permanent cessation of core contract functionality. Staking, unstaking, internal claims, synthetic exposure, and pre-market perpetual contracts do not qualify as unrestricted transfers. Primary resolution sources are official communications from @papertradexyz and the project’s official site or documentation; on-chain evidence may be used as confirmation. If the outcome cannot be reasonably determined, the market will be voided.
